My friend Anabel & I ventured to the beach on Monday to investigate She Sells Yarn a local yarn store. I was very impressed by the quality & options Kathleen Lewis the owner offers. 






What a delight this little store is.

We stopped off next door at the coffee shop where we found a knitting project is setting just waiting to be worked on by able hands. I have a photo of it here.

Second Go at a Fluffy Hickey

Fuzzy Hickey

This hickey I just finished is woven with two types of yarn. This is the first one I have made in this fashion. The fuzzy soft yarn is a great difference of texture. It makes the scarf seem so thick & plush.

I recently found that audio books are my new best friends.
I have so enjoyed this book. What a funny treat.
